Different products will be sent from different countries, which we will reflect on the product page. The delivery time will also be different, the specific reference time is as follows: (The following “days” are “business days”)

Notices: All products require 1-2 days production time, this time is not included in the delivery time. Thanks for your understanding. 

Section 3-Shipping Methods

Simsonn have different carrier partners to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our main carriers are: UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group), DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution), GLS (General Logistics Systems), PostNL, Hermes, TNT Express (FedEx), Royal Mail, Bring, PostNord, and many others.

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case: You will not incur additional shipping charges.

Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.

Please note: We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.

NOTE: If your logistics tracking information stays on a certain date for more than 10 days, please contact us in time, we will investigate the reason for you, if there is a lost shipment problem, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Section 4 -How do I track my package?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping, maybe some tracking is not available. More information is available on the information tracking page:

Section 5 -My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you receive a product that has quality issues, does not match the description, or is damaged during shipping, you can contact our customer service to request a return or exchange within the specified time frame (within 30 days).

Refunds are processed using the exact same payment method that was used to place the order.

You are entitled to a refund/return if all of

• Your item is in the same condition in which you received it.
• It is in the original packaging.
• You notify us within 30 days of receiving the products.
• You have legal proof of purchase. You can’t return a reseller’s product to us.
• There are manufacturing defects.

You are NOT entitled to a refund/return if:

• There are missing components once the product has been returned.
• The product is damaged
• There are signs of tampering or alteration of the product.
• Damage caused to the product by external factors such as natural disasters, floods, fires, etc.
• The reason for return is because you missed out on a discount. 

We will process the refund when:

The goods have arrived at our warehouse and we have been able to carry out an inspection that all return standards are met.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it before delivery, please contact us within 12 hours for a prompt cancellation and a refund will be processed once we have completed the above process.

How to begin the return process:

• Contact Customer Support: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
• Receive Instructions: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with a return address or alternative solutions.
• Ship the Product Back: Send the item back to us and provide the tracking number.
• Inspection and Resolution: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or process your refund.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

• If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors on our part: We will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for personal reasons: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. (Please confirm specific circumstances with our customer service team.)

How long does the refund process take?

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we typically process the refund within 1-3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment platform's processing speed.
