The damping block set includes 10 spacers, allowing flexible combinations to achieve various brake pedal feels for different vehicle types. The more damping blocks you install, the longer the pedal travel; conversely, fewer damping blocks result in a shorter pedal stroke.

SIMSONN sim racing brake pedal rubber damper kit with 19mm, 28mm and 37mm damping blocks and coil spring, progressive pedal force curve up to 60kg replicating high-performance car and supercar brake feel

SIMSONN Progressive Rubber Damper & Coil Spring — Real Supercar Brake Feel up to 60kg

The SIMSONN brake pedal damper kit combines interchangeable rubber damping blocks (19mm, 28mm and 37mm) with a precision coil spring to deliver a progressive force curve that reaches up to 60kg of pedal force — closely replicating the firm, nonlinear brake feel of high-performance cars and supercars. The softest combination ships as the factory default, so beginners can drive straight out of the box, while advanced sim racers can swap in firmer dampers to fine-tune pedal travel and bite point for their load cell or hydraulic simulator pedals

Dual-Stage Brake System

The brake pedal adopts a dual-stage design consisting of a rubber damper and a coil spring, faithfully reproducing the feel of real-car braking.

Dual-Stage Brake Simsonn

Two-Stage Braking Mechanism — Coil Spring Pad Gap & Rubber Damper Bite Force

The SIMSONN sim racing brake pedal uses a realistic two-stage compression design. In Step 1, the coil spring compresses to simulate the natural gap between the brake pads and brake disc; in Step 2, the rubber damper engages to replicate the firm main braking force applied to the disc — giving you authentic bite-point feedback for trail braking and threshold braking. A 10mm spacer is pre-installed inside the coil spring to shorten compression travel for a stiffer pedal feel; simply remove it for longer, softer travel, or replace the spring entirely with the spacer for maximum firmness.

SIMSONN Plus X | SIMSONN Pro X Ultra Software — Customizable Pedal Vibration Feedback for ABS, Traction Control & Clutch

The free SIMSONN Plus X | SIMSONN Pro X Ultra tuning software gives you full control over your sim racing pedal feedback. Each of the three pedal motors — throttle, brake and clutch — can be independently configured with realistic telemetry-driven vibration effects, including ABS pulsation, traction control (TC) intervention, wheel lock, wheel slip, gear shift and RPM cues. Fine-tune every effect with adjustable vibration strength and frequency (e.g. 77% ABS strength at 50Hz), plus a clutch bite-point ratio range, so you feel exactly when the tires lock, the rear steps out, or the clutch engages — immersive, data-rich feedback that works seamlessly with load cell pedals and major sim racing titles. Profiles can be saved, imported and reverted in one click for different cars and tracks.

SIMSONN sim racing pedal dual-bearing pivot design: ball bearing and thrust bearing at the main pedal arm pivot with a flanged bearing supporting the shaft, precision bearing structure for smooth zero-friction pedal travel

Dual-Bearing Design — Precision Pivot Bearings for Zero-Friction Pedal Travel

Every SIMSONN sim racing pedal is built on a precision dual-bearing design, with two dedicated bearing points per pedal to eliminate the slack, bind and squeak found on bushing-style pivots. At the main pivot, a ball bearing handles the rotational load with near-zero friction while a thrust bearing absorbs the axial side-force generated under hard braking; a flanged bearing at the secondary mount keeps the shaft perfectly aligned and prevents lateral play. The result is a silky, consistent stroke that stays smooth and precise through thousands of braking cycles — so your brake modulation and threshold braking remain accurate lap after lap on load cell and hydraulic simulator pedals.

Authentic Hydraulic Damping System

Pro X Ultra pedals come pre-installed with hydraulic rods, significantly enhancing the smoothness of pedal operation. The throttle pedal is equipped with a one-way hydraulic rod, the brake pedal features an 8-stage adjustable hydraulic rod, and the clutch pedal utilizes a two-way hydraulic rod, delivering an exceptionally realistic hydraulic feel that closely mimics actual racing braking feedback.

Inside the SIMSONN Hydraulic Damper — Piston, Hydraulic Oil & Adjustable Damping Force

This cutaway reveals what makes the SIMSONN hydraulic sim racing pedals feel so authentic. Inside each high-precision reinforced hydraulic cylinder, a precision piston pushes through hydraulic oil, creating the linear, pressure-sensitive resistance of a real car's master cylinder — sealed at both ends by a rubber seal and oil seal to prevent leaks over years of use. The hydraulic rod rides on a lubricated smooth travel rod with precision alloy joints for friction-free movement, while the integrated coil spring and a built-in damping force adjuster let you dial the exact firmness you want — from light street-car feel to stiff GT3/prototype braking — making it the most tunable hydraulic brake and clutch pedal system in its class.

Freely Customizable for a Truly Authentic Experience

The throttle, brake, and clutch pedals can each be adjusted to multiple positions, allowing you to create the perfect personalized setup to suit your preferences.

SIMSONN sim racing gear shifter force curve graphs: top gear maximum concave and middle gear medium concave curves for red, blue and yellow springs reaching up to 20kg force, plus 2.0mm and 1.5mm spring curves with maximum, moderate and minimum force settings across 75mm travel

SIMSONN Gear Shifter Force Curves — Red, Blue & Yellow Springs with Tunable Shift Resistance

Dial in your perfect shift feel with the SIMSONN sim racing gear shifter and its fully tunable gear force curve. Three interchangeable springs — Red (firm, up to ~20kg), Blue (medium) and Yellow (soft, ~6kg) — reshape the concave resistance curve for both top gear (maximum concave) and middle gear (medium concave), so you can replicate anything from a light street H-pattern gate to a heavy notched race dog-box. Finer tuning comes from the 2.0mm and 1.5mm spring preload settings, each offering maximum, moderate and minimum force levels across the full 75mm lever travel — giving crisp, positive shifts with the exact notch weight and feedback you want for your H-pattern or sequential shifter.

Adjustable Pedal Surface Angle

Each pedal allows adjustment of both panel height and angle to suit different foot sizes. The front offers two height levels (15 mm apart), while the rear allows fine-tuning—helping you achieve optimal comfort.

Tip: A lower pedal height may be more suitable if you race barefoot or have smaller feet.
Comprehensive Adjustment System Simsonn

Adjustable Pedal Angle

Each pedal supports angle adjustment to match your seat position and setup. The pedal angle can be changed by adjusting the rear mounting studs. The factory default is Level 1 (approximately 9° backward tilt), with three levels available and up to 6° forward tilt.
