Custom Damping System
The upgraded damping material offers enhanced elasticity and durability. Three dampers with different hardness levels provide excellent compression response and precise force feedback (kg) under various pedal pressures, delivering a more realistic and controllable sim-racing pedal feel.

The damping blocks can be combined with 13 spacers to create a wide range of brake pedal feel setups for different vehicle types. Stacking more damping blocks shortens the effective pedal travel for a firmer, more progressive feel; using fewer blocks leaves longer, softer travel.
SIMSONN Progressive Rubber Damper & Coil Spring — Real Supercar Brake Feel up to 60kg
The SIMSONN brake pedal damper kit combines interchangeable rubber damping blocks (19mm, 28mm and 37mm) with a precision coil spring to deliver a progressive force curve that reaches up to 60kg of pedal force — closely replicating the firm, nonlinear brake feel of high-performance cars and supercars. The softest combination ships as the factory default, so beginners can drive straight out of the box, while advanced sim racers can swap in firmer dampers to fine-tune pedal travel and bite point for their load cell or hydraulic simulator pedals
Dual-Stage Brake System
The brake pedal adopts a dual-stage design consisting of a rubber damper and a coil spring, faithfully reproducing the feel of real-car braking.
Two-Stage Braking Mechanism — Coil Spring Pad Gap & Rubber Damper Bite Force
The SIMSONN sim racing brake pedal uses a realistic two-stage compression design. In Step 1, the coil spring compresses to simulate the natural gap between the brake pads and brake disc; in Step 2, the rubber damper engages to replicate the firm main braking force applied to the disc — giving you authentic bite-point feedback for trail braking and threshold braking. A 10mm spacer is pre-installed inside the coil spring to shorten compression travel for a stiffer pedal feel; simply remove it for longer, softer travel, or replace the spring entirely with the spacer for maximum firmness.

SIMSONN Plus X | SIMSONN Pro X Ultra Software — Customizable Pedal Vibration Feedback for ABS, Traction Control & Clutch
The free SIMSONN Plus X | SIMSONN Pro X Ultra tuning software gives you full control over your sim racing pedal feedback. Each of the three pedal motors — throttle, brake and clutch — can be independently configured with realistic telemetry-driven vibration effects, including ABS pulsation, traction control (TC) intervention, wheel lock, wheel slip, gear shift and RPM cues. Fine-tune every effect with adjustable vibration strength and frequency (e.g. 77% ABS strength at 50Hz), plus a clutch bite-point ratio range, so you feel exactly when the tires lock, the rear steps out, or the clutch engages — immersive, data-rich feedback that works seamlessly with load cell pedals and major sim racing titles. Profiles can be saved, imported and reverted in one click for different cars and tracks.
SIMSONN Manager Software allows for precise adjustment of vibration frequency and intensity, enabling you to replicate the driving sensations of various vehicles.
When using telemetry with SIMSONN Manager, be sure to select the mode that matches the model of your vibration motor in the software to prevent damage to the device. We reserve the right to refuse warranty or after-sales service for any damage caused by selecting a mode that does not match your product.
Precision Engineered
Structure
Both versions are made of high-quality rust-proof steel with a thickness of 3 mm (4 mm for the pedal panel), and are meticulously crafted using processes such as laser cutting, stretching, magnetic grinding, and electrophoresis, ensuring durability.

Authentic Hydraulic Damping System
PLUS X pedals come pre-installed with hydraulic rods from the factory, significantly enhancing the smoothness of pedal operation. Among them, the throttle pedal is equipped with a one-way hydraulic rod, while the brake and clutch pedals feature two-way hydraulic rods.
SIMSONN Hydraulic Pedal System — Precision 2-Way Hydraulic Cylinders with Reinforced Seals
The SIMSONN hydraulic sim racing pedals are built around high-precision reinforced hydraulic cylinders for the most authentic driving feel available outside a real car. The brake uses a two-way (2-way) hydraulic cylinder to deliver firm, progressive resistance under hard braking, while the clutch features a one-way (1-way) hydraulic rod for a realistic bite-point engagement. Every cylinder is sealed with durable rubber seals and filled with quality lubricant around a smooth travel rod, paired with precision alloy joints — ensuring buttery-smooth, friction-free pedal travel, zero maintenance noise and long-term reliability. The result is the linear, pressure-sensitive response of a real hydraulic brake system, making SIMSONN hydraulic pedals the ideal upgrade for serious sim racers and driver-training rigs.
Freely Customizable for a Truly Authentic Experience
The throttle, brake, and clutch pedals can each be adjusted to multiple positions, allowing you to create the perfect personalized setup to suit your preferences.

Comprehensive
Adjustment System
With precisely engineered mechanisms and adjustable components, the pedals can be customized to match your driving style — from casual simulation to professional racing performance.
SIMSONN Gear Shifter Force Curves — Tunable Red, Blue & Yellow Springs for Custom Shift Feel
Fine-tune every shift with the SIMSONN sim racing gear shifter and its fully customizable gear force curve. Three interchangeable springs — Red (firm), Blue (medium) and Yellow (soft) — reshape the concave shift-resistance curve for both top gear (maximum concave) and middle gear (medium concave), delivering up to ~20kg of gear lever force to match everything from light street H-pattern boxes to heavyweight race dog-boxes. Finer adjustment comes from 2.0mm and 1.5mm spring preload settings, each offering maximum, moderate and minimum force levels across the 75mm lever travel, so you can dial in crisp, notch-positive shifts with the exact resistance and feedback you prefer — whether you run an H-pattern shifter or sequential shifter on your sim rig.
Adjustable Pedal Surface Angle
Each pedal allows adjustment of both panel height and angle to suit different foot sizes. The front offers two height levels (15 mm apart), while the rear allows fine-tuning—helping you achieve optimal comfort.
Adjustable Pedal Angle
Each pedal supports angle adjustment to match your seat position and setup. The pedal angle can be changed by adjusting the rear mounting studs. The factory default is Level 1 (approximately 10° backward tilt), with three levels available and up to 9° forward tilt.

Adjustable Pedal Force Curve
The throttle and clutch pedals support adjustment of pedal resistance, which also changes the output force curve.Adjustment can be made by moving the slider on the pedal arm.Unlike the throttle pedal, the clutch pedal requires two adjustment points, and these two devices must be positioned in opposite slots. When the slider is set to the highest position, greater force is required to reach the pedal’s maximum travel, and the overall resistance slightly increases.
Adjustable Pedal Travel
Each pedal supports adjustable travel. By moving the blue limiter, you can easily change the total pedal stroke range.

Professional-grade
Control Software
Now compatible with our in-house software, SIMSONN Manager, allowing you to monitor pedal status in real time, configure travel and signal output curves, and adjust dead zones. The latest version adds features such as brake damping adjustment and real-time pedal force display.
SIMSONN Plus X Pedal Calibration — Adjustable Dead Zone, Response Curve & 60kg Max Brake Force
Calibrate your perfect pedal feel in seconds with the SIMSONN Plus X software. The Basic Setting panel lets you independently configure the throttle, brake and clutch — set pedal position, fine-tune the dead zone, and reshape each pedal's response curve with multiple presets plus a draggable multi-point graph, from linear to progressive or aggressive mappings. The brake channel also lets you select elastomer firmness and set the maximum brake force up to 60kg to match your hardware and driving style. Every profile can be saved, imported or reverted with one click, making it easy to switch setups between GT, formula and rally cars on your SIMSONN load cell or hydraulic sim racing pedals.
