At SIMSONN, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our sim racing products. This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from the SIMSONN official store or authorized sales channels.

1. Warranty Coverage

SIMSONN provides warranty coverage for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, SIMSONN may provide:

  • Technical support
  • Replacement parts
  • Repair service
  • Product replacement
  • Refund, where applicable

The final solution will depend on the product condition, issue type, and warranty statu


2. Warranty Period

For bundle products, each item follows the warranty period of its own product category.


3.What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Electronic component failure
  • Sensor or signal output failure
  • Controller box failure
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing issues
  • Abnormal failure under normal use

SIMSONN may request photos, videos, order information, or troubleshooting results to verify the issue.


4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Damage caused by impact, liquid, corrosion, dust, fire, or excessive force
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic scratches, marks, or surface wear
  • Consumable parts such as springs, elastomers, rubber pads, screws, and washers
  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Software settings, game compatibility settings, or calibration issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting

Cosmetic issues that do not affect product function are not considered warranty defects.


5. Defective on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, missing parts, or does not work properly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name and model
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the package, if shipping damage occurred
  • A brief description of the problem

After verification, SIMSONN will provide an appropriate solution.


6. How to Request Warranty Service

Please do not return any product before receiving instructions from SIMSONN. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.


7. Costs

For confirmed warranty issues, SIMSONN will cover the cost of repair, replacement parts, and return shipping where applicable.

For non-warranty issues, the customer may be responsible for shipping, inspection, repair, parts, and return shipping costs.

For international service, taxes, duties, customs fees, or remote-area surcharges may be subject to local regulations and carrier policies.


8. Third-Party Purchases

SIMSONN warranty service is only available for products purchased directly from the official SIMSONN website.

Products purchased from third-party platforms, resellers, marketplaces, unauthorized dealers, second-hand sellers, or any other non-official channels are not eligible for SIMSONN official warranty service.

For products purchased outside the SIMSONN official website, please contact the original seller or platform for after-sales service, returns, refunds, or warranty-related support.

SIMSONN reserves the right to request valid proof of purchase before providing warranty service.
