The Simsonn HB Pro is a superb high quality Handbrake. It is really well designed & built, it looks awesome & I love the customisable led lighting which can be turned off. There are options for the tension of the handbrake. After testing both the springs in EA WRC, I settled on the Black Elastomer, feels the best to me. The action of the load cell is really smooth & precise plus it feels more natural and easier to regulate after coming from a hall sensor handbrake, definitely superior in every way. I purchased direct from the Simsonn online store. The people there are super friendly & helpful. I am really impressed by this handbrake and highly recommend it to any sim racers who enjoy quality products.

It works great, and is very well built. However it's developed a loud squeak from the hinge on release of the brake within a couple days of using it which can be a distraction.

Nice build quality, easy to set up, no complaints. I would recommend checking to see if the longer grip will be in your line of sight, I didn’t think about that and just wanted one that looked more like a drift brake. I’ll probably get a shorter one to keep it out of sight in the future. I guess if you don’t have triples it will be ok though. Shockingly, the stock elastomer is kind of soft, but they include another and two die springs so you can tune it to your liking. Mine also seems to want to rest at 1-2% engagement. There is probably a way to mechanically adjust it, but I just made a dead zone in the software to counter it. Install onto profile is easy, and I suppose it would be for a plate as well, all the hardware is included. The included usbc cable (with adapter) is long enough to connect just about anywhere…I had to bundle up about 3’ of it to keep it tidy.
