While pursuing extreme weight reduction for the HUB, we never compromise structural integrity. A built‑in steel frame forms a solid load‑bearing core, ensuring no deformation or loosening of the wheel even during intense driving and frequent button presses. The lightweight outer cover significantly reduces rotational inertia, greatly easing wrist strain during prolonged use and making the wheel more responsive and agile—uniting control precision with comfort.
The direct‑drive base is the heart of the system’s power and data. It is equipped with our self‑developed 5‑pair‑pole, low‑cogging torque motor, which not only delivers up to 30 N·m of instantaneous torque* but, more importantly, provides nearly inertia‑free smooth torque output. Every detail of force feedback, from subtle steering vibrations to sharp recentering impacts, is reproduced authentically and continuously. At the source of this sensation is a 22‑bit high‑resolution optical encoder, generating over 4 million signal points per rotation. With remarkable data density, it detects the slightest angular changes in real time, achieving true zero dead‑zone and sub‑millimeter positioning accuracy—so the vehicle’s direction follows precisely the driver’s intent.

We have established a highly integrated yet open ecosystem of professional-grade devices, designed to transform hardware into keen sensory extensions and efficient control interfaces—enabling players to achieve comprehensive information mastery and seamless interaction within the virtual cockpit.
The high-resolution display on the SRW Pro can map critical vehicle data or custom visuals in real time, making information access immediate and clear. Smart controls on the unit, including programmable buttons and encoders, all support user-defined functions, allowing personalized control layouts. The dual-paddle system delivers crisp mechanical feedback and can be assigned various functions via software to adapt to diverse driving scenarios. An aviation-grade port on the rear of the HUB ensures compatibility, allowing easy connection to third-party bases or PCs.
Through deep integration, the HUB and direct-drive base form a complete sensory loop. An RGB lighting system is distributed across the devices, responding in real time to in-game telemetry data—transforming vehicle status such as RPM and shift prompts into intuitive visual cues, thereby greatly enhancing situational awareness. A built-in low-latency Bluetooth module enables real-time parameter adjustments via a mobile app, elevating convenience to a new level.

To achieve the dual breakthroughs of "instant switching" and "absolute control freedom," we have reimagined the connection logic between components and the spatial layout of the interface. Together, they form a flexible, stable, and forward - looking hardware ecosystem that adapts instantly from rally to Formula 1 scenarios - reducing switching time to near zero and truly returning full control to the user.
By innovatively relocating the traditional front-facing mechanical locking mechanism to the rear of the wheel body, we have liberated the entire front surface of the wheel. This breakthrough enables the dense arrangement of 12 programmable buttons, encoders, dual joysticks, and other controls. All controls are meticulously positioned along the natural movement trajectory of the thumb, located within the "golden zone" that can be accessed without shifting visual focus. This design maximizes input efficiency while preserving the freedom to switch between wheel rims of different shapes.
The electric quick‑release system, integrated into both the HUB and the base, redefines hardware connectivity. This innovation eliminates the need for tools and separate data cables. Through precision conductive pins and an electromagnetic locking mechanism, it delivers a seamless, one‑second connection that integrates power and data transmission—ensuring zero signal loss even under intense operation.

To ensure ultimate performance and sustained operational stability, we have developed an intelligent hybrid cooling system for the DDB series direct‑drive bases. This system innovatively integrates large aluminum passive heatsinks with a PWM‑controlled active cooling fan, creating a precise thermal‑management solution that dynamically adjusts based on real‑time load.
High‑precision temperature sensors inside the base continuously monitor core temperatures of the motor and power components. Under light load, the system primarily relies on efficient passive cooling - the fan remains silent or runs at low speed - delivering fully immersive, interference‑free operation. When sensors detect sustained high ‑ torque output or rising ambient temperature, the high‑performance quiet fan smoothly increases its speed according to a built ‑ in algorithm, directing airflow precisely and working with the heatsinks to form an efficient thermal channel that rapidly dissipates accumulated heat.
The core value of this intelligent thermal strategy lies in its ability to maintain optimal operating temperatures even during long, intense racing sessions—completely eliminating torque fade and performance fluctuation caused by overheating. The electric quick-release system featured in the DDB series direct-drive bases is designed not only for the present but also for the future. Its standardized electrical interface and communication protocol enable seamless compatibility with future HUB wheels from our lineup—allowing users to switch from GT racing to Formula or classic car setups simply by changing the wheel.Furthermore, upcoming 50mm/70mm quick-release adapters will allow this efficient system to work with mainstream HUB wheels from other brands, transcending brand barriers and giving users true freedom of choice.
At the same time, the DDB series base is designed as a powerful integration center. Hidden on its rear panel are not only the intelligent cooling system but also multiple RJ45 and Type-C ports. These allow peripherals such as dashboards, handbrakes, and sequential shifters to connect directly to the base, which then consolidates data transfer and power delivery—significantly reducing the demand on the PC’s ports. Centralized cable routing also helps maintain a clean, organized cockpit layout.
The base structure supports multiple mounting options, including standard bottom mounting, desk-clamp mounting, inverted, vertical, and angle-adjustable tilted setups, making it adaptable to environments ranging from desktop rigs to full-size sim cockpits.
